Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excl. weekends and public holidays).

For bespoke or co-branded orders, production timelines will be confirmed at the time of order and may take 7–14 business days depending on volume.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship nationwide within South Africa via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard order size and shipping to major cities is R99

Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over R600.

For large wholesale or bulk orders, shipping will be quoted separately.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on: hello@masaluxury.co.za

Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the matter promptly.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Masa Luxury Co

cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect address information.
